'FernHavenPark started with an aspiration: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The establishment was opened by the Rossi family back in 1985, beginning as a quaint, family-operated eatery with age-old recipes passed down the lineage.
Our originator, Marco Rossi, acquired the expertise of crafting pizza from her explorations across Italy, mentored by Neapolitan pizza masters. Returning to the UK, she endeavored to reconstruct the essence of traditional Italian pizza, embracing ancestral techniques and premium ingredients.
The journey from a cozy 12-seat venue has expanded into a cherished neighborhood hayloft, though our dedication to excellence and genuineness endures. We persist in using classic wood-fired methods, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and selecting only top-tier ingredients.
To this day, 'FernHavenPark' is still steered by the Rossi household, with the second generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Even as we welcome modern enhancements, the core of our enterprise remains unfaltering: producing savory, sincere pizza that unites patrons.
